EBFP Selected to Provide Comprehensive Service Contract for International House EBFP was chosen to manage maintenance and remedial works for International House in London. Our team service this large multi-disciplinary site, which requires us to carry out all work while the university remains open to students. In order to maintain a peaceful environment, our team work discreetly to service seven different life safety and security systems, with just the fire alarm system comprising of over 500 devices across the entire building alone!

Full and through audits were carried out across the entire site and all disciplines. Each and every piece of related equipment had to be logged and tested before the service contract could commence. Inheriting previous installation and equipment can be a minefield and the only way to guarantee the correct remedials are performed is via a detailed audit.
